Why We Exist
Our mission is to equip and empower women of all ages with God’s Word to overcome life’s obstacles through Biblical counseling and coaching.
Rooted and Fixed practically helps those hurting by helping them become rooted in God’s Truth and teaching them how to keep their eyes fixed on Jesus in all situations, circumstances, and seasons of life. We are committed to helping individuals gain a better understanding of God’s promises through offering reputable, biblical counsel and coaching services no matter what obstacles they are currently facing.
Our vision is to see a community transformed by the grace, power, and love of Jesus Christ as a result of women of all ages uncovering their identity in Christ and discovering their purpose, thus becoming exactly who God created them to be and fulfilling the Great Commission.
As set forth in Matthew 28:18-20, we are committed to making disciples of all nations through teaching individuals how to walk obediently to all God has instructed in the Scriptures while also helping them see Christ’s presentness in every single situation.
Our Story
Rooted + Fixed started in 2019 as a blogsite with the hope of encouraging and equipping followers of Christ, along with sharing the Truth of God’s Word and Christ’s Gospel with those who have yet heard and decided to follow Christ.
Over the years, it became more and more evident that a core issue many of us face is a lack of truly understanding who God is, based upon His Word. When we do not know, believe, or understand our identity in Christ, then we will not be able to understand our purpose, thus never truly living as God intended.
Life is full of trials and hardships within the various circumstances that we would personally not ask for. Scripture says that “His divine power has granted to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of him who called us to his own glory and excellence” (2 Peter 1:3).
As a non-profit organization, we focus on providing Biblical counseling and coaching, along with Scripture based training and discipleship for women and girls in our community.We believe in being a community resource that comes alongside churches and nonprofits to help those they are reaching with the resources they need to walk in peace, cling to Hope, and thrive in whatever situation they are facing. Everyone deserves the opportunity to have True and Living Hope and to uncover their true identity in order to discover their specific purpose.
